"Three of a Kind" is an evening of three one act plays linked by an exploration of the nature of communication and identity, and experimentation with form and language.

I ."Generically Speaking"
A man and a woman are beginning a relationship, but can only speak to each other in the most basic of ways. With only four scenes together, can they find the right words to say to each other before it's too late?

II. "Waiting for Goodreau"
Two men show up for an appointment at a psychiatrist's office. Either they've been double-booked, or one of them is very early...or is he? With no receptionist visible and only their conversation to determine who's who, watch as the barriers between race, sexuality and the self are broken down in one long scene featuring two monologues and three distinct endings.

III. "Out of Order"
A handyman and an attorney encounter each other in a corporate restroom just five times over a period of 10 years. Is it random? What would they have to say to each other? What relationship could they possibly have? The answers to these questions may be even harder to determine, when the five scenes are shuffled out of order...

How many people in your party need a wheel chair seat?
