This workshop is designed to give serious contemporary dance students an opportunity to explore the repertory choreography of Cedar Lake Contemporary Ballet led by its Artistic Director Benoit-Swan Pouffer and Ballet Master Alexandra Damiani.
Participants will experience principles and techniques of the choreographers in Cedar Lake’s current repertory. Each 3-hour session will include a warm up that focuses on preparing the body for a variety of different contemporary languages. The goal is to give dancers the opportunity to learn company repertory and to work with the Artistic Staff and professional dancers in a rehearsal-like process.
Those with a strong interest in joining the company or learning about Cedar Lake Contemporary Ballet are encouraged to register.
