Veteran Broadway and Television star Valerie Harper is a Special Guest at this Song and Dance concert by Dancers Over 40, featuring Anita Gillette, Marge Champion, Harvey Evans, members of Dancers over 40 and friends from the ballet, modern and jazz dance communities. Choreographers include Larry Fuller (EVITA, SWEENEY TODD), Margo Sappington (OH, CALCUTTA), Peter Gennaro (of Broadway and Television fame) Luigi (the Jazz Teacher extraordinaire of NYC), Donlin Foreman, Claire Porter, Alan Onickel and Sasha Spielvogel.

This is the first in what DO40 hopes to be an annual event to benefit Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS and Project Achieve, the HIV Vaccine Trials Unit in NYC. Dancers Over 40 is committed to providing support to our (dance) community and OTHER communities affected by HIV as well. We honor all dancers unable to make it to "over 40," due to this pandemic, and those living, and still pursuing, their art while managing HIV.
