Half-drunken cups of tea, papers and bottles of booze cover every surface of the house. In this uncut take on Chekhov’s portrait of country life, female performers Gillian Chadsey (Death in a Vacant Lot), and Libby King (the TEAM), appears in the roles of Vanya and Astrov emphasizing the vulnerability and tenderness of the roles.
