Two surreal fables of suburbia examine how we search for safety and security in the face of chaos and senselessness. Part I features a man living a comfortably isolated life until his junk mail begins stalking him. Part II centers on a Home Security Salesman who refuses to give up on District 3 despite the residents' confounding indifference to his pitch.
