And co-created by returned Iraq war veteran and author Jason Christopher Hartley
SURRENDER is a completely interactive play where you go through basic training, get deployed to Iraq and experience coming home to your loved ones. Men, women, students and basically anyone can easily do SURRENDER its discussing it afterwards that’s the hard part. During its initial run in November 2008 Time, New York Times, Wall Street Journal and NPR all covered and raved about the interactive experience.
