"Safety" is the dark and compelling story of Michael, a war photographer renowed for his iconic global images in the late 20th century. When a stranger saves Micheal's young daughter from drowning, he is forced to re-evaluate his roles as journalist, husband and father. Sometimes proximity to inhumanity requires a surrending of one's own humanity in the long term. It is this process that Safety sets out to investigate.
