"It seems that only beautiful sounds emanate from Gene Bertoncini's guitar"
- The New Yorker

"A star...[Judy] Kang is blessed with a gift for the violin that is exceptional."
- Ottawa Citizen

"Marc Copland is a Wild West pioneer quietly redefining jazz piano."
- All About Jazz

Michael Patterson's pieces draw from his extensive experience in film (features with Disney (Iron Will); episodes of The Adventures of Young Indiana Jones (Lucasfilm), JAG (CBS), Tiny Toon Adventures with Steven Speilberg) and jazz composition (performed by legends like Phil Woods, Woody Herman and Rosemary Clooney), as well as the concert hall (Los Angeles Jazz Philharmonic, Rochester Philharmonic, Merkin Hall, and New Mexico Symphony Orchestra with Eddie Daniels). Pianist Marc Copland and guitarist Gene Bertoncini — jazz luminaries and frequent Patterson collaborators — along with violin whiz Judy Kang, headline an intimate afternoon of chamber works assisted by the talented string ensemble under the direction of Patterson.
