Laughing Wild is an acerbic comedy about a woman and a man struggling to come to grips with the world around them. Premiered nearly 20 years ago, the play is a visceral response to period ideas and figures from Ronald Reagan to Diana Ross. While the piece is hard hitting and uncompromising in its politics, it is also an intense character study of ego and vulnerability.
