Cedar Lake’s Artistic Director Benoit-Swan Pouffer leads this workshop with Ballet Master Alexandra Damiani - join us at our Chelsea home for a day in the life of Cedar Lake Contemporary Ballet!

The workshop is designed to give dancers a well-rounded overview of contemporary ballet and the repertoire of Cedar Lake. The first portion begins with a warm-up and the second portion incorporates the principles and techniques of Cedar Lake's Repertory.

The workshop culminates in phrases of Artistic Director Benoit-Swan Pouffer's own work, which relates to the techniques that inspire him. The goal is to give dancers the opportunity to learn company repertory and to work with the Artistic Staff and professional dancers in a rehearsal-like process.

This is also a chance for students to get a preview of the type of material that will be covered in the audition for Cedar Lake’s 360º intensive later this month!

Workshop fee: $45
